About Mark Quinn
Mark has over 20 years' experience in property development, land acquisition and residential construction. After seven years working in land buying for multinational developers, he founded Aldenham Residential in 2010 to focus on delivering carefully considered residential developments across Hertfordshire, Surrey and London.

Throughout his career, Mark has acquired land and secured planning permission for over 1,000 homes across the Home Counties, many of which have gone on to be successfully delivered.

Mark specialises in identifying and securing development opportunities, from early site appraisal through to planning and delivery. His experience in the early stages of development enables Aldenham Residential to unlock well located sites and bring forward thoughtfully designed residential schemes.
In 2019, Mark joined the Board of Boom Construction, Aldenham Residential's dedicated construction partner, further strengthening the connection between land acquisition, planning and construction delivery.
